  1. To offer the natural and regional products of Anatolia with production and packaging techniques that match their purity, specialty and intrinsic value. To introduce to the world the variety of the rich Anatolian soil and the environment that produces these natural products as a source of the healthy Mediterranean cuisine.
  2. To conserve endemic species of plants and fruit, which have been growing in certain regions for thousands of  years.
  3. To continue the Anatolian tradition of gift-giving To cultivate, nurture and regionally collect our products in their natural and organic environment. To inspire the idea of gift-giving with a regional Anatolian flavor with tasteful and distinctive packaging.
  4. To hold our products to the highest quality standards possible. To follow the Turkish Ministry of Agriculture and international certification laws in all of our packaging and labeling. To give detailed analysis on all NAR products by going beyond the standard analysis required.
  5. To protect, continue, share and grow our philosophy that Anatolia is valuable with so many rich tastes, and that protecting continuing, and sharing the cultural aspects of Turkey is our social responsibility.
