Grape: NAR produces the organic grape vinegar by natural fermentation of Merlot grapes and each stage of production is realized according to organic criteria. The grape vinegar, which is generally used with fish, salads, barbeque sauces and soups, can also be used for meats to be marinated.


Apple: NAR produces the organic apple vinegar by natural fermentation of the apples and each stage of production is realized according to organic criteria.
